At The Mocktail Club, we want you to love every sip; however, due to the perishable nature of our beverages, we can only accept returns on damaged or incorrect shipments within 14 days of delivery.

If your order is damaged or incorrect, email our support team with your order number and clear photos of the items and packaging.
Receive Verification
Our quality assurance team will review your claim within 48 hours to approve a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.
Recycle or Return
In most cases, we do not require you to ship liquids back; we simply ask that you dispose of damaged glass safely or recycle the materials.
